1. Scope and zero-tolerance rule
These standards apply to every VIOBE applicant, member, profile, photograph, text message, live call, report, and interaction connected to a VIOBE match. They apply even where conduct occurs away from the app.
VIOBE prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We also prohibit grooming, sexualization of a child, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation of a child, arranging sexual contact with a child, sharing or requesting sexual material involving a child, and attempts to conceal or facilitate any of these acts.
Do not download, save, forward, screenshot, or upload suspected CSAM to VIOBE. Report the account or interaction and describe what happened without redistributing the material.
2. Adults-only access
You must be at least 21 years old to apply for or use VIOBE. A person under 21 may not create an account, appear as a dating candidate, participate in communications, or use another person's account. Misstating age or helping an underage person gain access is grounds for immediate restriction or removal.
Where we reasonably suspect underage access, we may restrict the account while reviewing available age, identity, account, device, and safety information. Identity or age checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that every statement or document is genuine.
3. How to report
- In VIOBE: open the relevant profile or conversation and choose Report. Choose the underage or child-safety reason and block the member when available.
- By email: write to care@viobe.app with “Child safety report” in the subject.
- Immediate danger: contact local emergency services first. VIOBE is not an emergency response service.
Provide the account or member reference, approximate date and time, and a factual description. Do not include sexual material involving a child. Reports are not shown to the reported member, although information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary for a lawful investigation.
4. How VIOBE responds
We assess child-safety reports using the information available to us. Depending on risk and evidence, we may restrict communication, preserve relevant records, remove content, suspend or permanently remove an account, prevent a person from returning, and cooperate with appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting bodies.
If VIOBE becomes aware of apparent CSAM, we restrict access to it, avoid unnecessary viewing or duplication, preserve only what is appropriate and lawful, and make any report required by applicable law through an available authorized channel. We respond to valid legal requests and do not notify a subject where doing so would be unlawful or could increase risk.
We do not promise that verification or moderation will detect every violation before harm occurs. Member reports remain essential.
5. Evidence, privacy, and deletion
Child-safety reports and relevant records are access-restricted. We limit access to personnel who need it for safety, legal, security, or support work. We may retain a report or related evidence when needed to protect people, prevent repeat abuse, investigate misconduct, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims, even if an ordinary account deletion request is completed.
Retention does not permit reuse for advertising or unrelated purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page for VIOBE's broader data practices.
6. Enforcement and review
Child-safety enforcement does not depend on payment status. Credible CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, underage access, or evasion of a safety restriction may result in immediate permanent removal without warning. VIOBE may also act on connected off-platform conduct.
A non-urgent enforcement decision may be challenged through care@viobe.app. A review will not disclose a reporter's identity, illegal material, confidential evidence, security methods, or information that could endanger a person or compromise an investigation.
7. Child-safety contact
VIOBE is operated by Truly Worlds Groups Private Limited. Public child-safety reports are received at care@viobe.app. Store operators and competent authorities are provided a designated child-safety point of contact through their applicable official channels.
