1. Immediate danger comes first

When safe, use the relevant member profile or thread to report and unmatch. You may also email care@viobe.app. Preserve relevant messages or other evidence, but do not redistribute illegal or intimate material.

2. Before you trust

• Keep early conversations on VIOBE while you establish consistency. Moving to another app removes some VIOBE controls and context.
• Verification is one signal, not a guarantee. Be cautious about inconsistent names, stories, photos, location, employment, relationship status, or urgency.
• Never share an OTP, password, identity document, home address, banking access, card details, or intimate content because a match requests it.
• Do not send money, crypto, gift cards, investments, loans, travel fees, medical payments, customs charges, or financial credentials. A person creating urgency or secrecy is a warning sign.
• Use the call features carefully. Do not record another person without clear consent and lawful authority.

3. Meeting in person

• Meet in a populated public place you can leave independently. Do not make a home, hotel room, remote area, or private vehicle the first meeting location.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return. Arrange a check-in.
• Control your own transport, phone, money, medication, and belongings. Keep enough battery and connectivity to get help.
• Watch your own food and drink. Do not pressure anyone to drink or use substances. Leave if you feel impaired, isolated, watched, followed, pressured, or unsafe.
• Do not rely on a curated date, profile badge, profession, social standing, mutual interests, or paid membership as proof of safety.

4. Consent and sexual safety

Consent must be freely given, informed, specific, ongoing, and reversible. A match, flirtation, date, gift, payment, prior intimacy, silence, or entering a home is never automatic consent. A person can stop at any time. Intoxication, fear, pressure, deception, incapacity, or being underage makes valid consent impossible.

Discuss boundaries and sexual-health decisions directly. VIOBE does not verify sexual health or guarantee statements another member makes. Use protection and seek qualified medical advice appropriate to your circumstances.

5. Report, unmatch, and preserve boundaries

Report conduct that is abusive, sexually explicit without consent, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, underage, coercive, exploitative, or dangerous. Unmatching ends the member connection; do not use it as a substitute for an urgent report when others may be at risk.

After an unmatch or request to stop, do not contact the person through a new account, another number, social media, work, home, friends, or family. Circumventing a boundary is a serious violation.

6. What VIOBE may do

We may review account information, relevant content, logs, member reports, and lawfully supplied evidence; restrict communication; require re-verification; suspend or permanently remove a member; preserve safety evidence; and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

Serious enforcement does not depend on membership price or payment status. Credible abuse, explicit misconduct, exploitation, fraud, stalking, threats, or dangerous conduct can result in immediate removal without advance warning.

7. Privacy and discretion

Do not disclose another member's participation in VIOBE or share their profile, photos, messages, voice, video, workplace, address, or identity without lawful permission. Review the Privacy Policy for VIOBE's data practices and the Community Standards for enforceable member rules.
